Common questions

I'm not getting reminders

Open Settings → Notifications on your iPhone and make sure SwapKeep is allowed to send notifications. Inside the app, check your daily reminder time under Settings → Reminders.

How do I change how often something is replaced?

Open the item, tap to edit its interval, and set your own timing. SwapKeep keeps your override and stops auto-tuning that item.

How do I share with my household?

On Premium, go to Settings → Household and invite the people you live with. Everyone then sees the same up-to-date list.

How do I restore a purchase?

Go to Settings → and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I delete my account and data?

Settings → Secure your account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything tied to it.
